Privacy
Your uploaded photos use private, expiring design links. No customer account is required. The inspiration collection contains only separately owner-authorized sample homes.
Home photos
We ask for consent before using a photo. On upload, the app removes EXIF and location metadata, then stores a private copy. When you generate a concept from your uploaded photo, the image and decorating instructions are sent to OpenAI for image editing. Owner-provided sample homes are processed only with the owner’s permission and are labelled as original photos or AI decorating concepts.
Design links use unguessable tokens and expire after 72 hours. Anyone with the link can view the design, so keep it private. Expiry blocks access immediately; stored image files remain until retention cleanup or a deletion request. Use “Delete my private photo and designs” from your private design link to delete its stored images and remove booking contact details. For a request that has already expired, contact Anchor Maison using the contact details provided with your booking.
Complimentary concepts
A signed, essential browser cookie identifies your anonymous session for 30 days. A server-side, pseudonymous connection identifier also helps prevent repeat claims after cookies are cleared. Successful generations are limited to two per visitor and connection in that period. Failed generations do not use the allowance. Shared connections may share the limit. Deleting a photo does not reset generation usage.
Booking information
If you submit a booking, we store your contact details, property address, requested date, notes, selected design version, package, and payment status. Stripe Checkout handles payment information; card details are not stored by this website. A deposit is marked received only after Stripe verifies payment.
Resend processes the customer’s pending-review receipt and the owner’s order email after payment verification. These messages include the booking information and a link to the selected private design. Payment references are retained for reconciliation even if photo and contact deletion is requested.
Questions or deletion requests
You can delete a photo and its designs directly from your private design page. The contact email is not available yet.
