BOOKING & FEASIBILITY

Requested date

The booking form accepts one preferred date. It is a request, not a confirmed installation date. Anchor Maison replies within 1 business day after a paid booking to review feasibility. An installer and installation date are confirmed only after that review.

Feasibility and refund

If equivalent work cannot be done at the agreed price, the deposit is refunded in full. Final installation scope is subject to a human feasibility review.

Secure checkout

Payments are handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout. A booking confirmation appears only after payment is verified. During local testing, checkout accepts Stripe test-mode payments only; real card payments are not enabled.
